With the unbridled growth of technology usage in communication and social media there is a 24×7 involvement of a huge population of  Indian citizens in cyberspace. While WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Net Banking, Online Shopping etc have all eased out the process of reaching out to each other and speeding up the personal and professional requirements, there is a urgent need to understand the legal implications and possibility of misuse by criminal elements in the society.

The technology is evolving at the speed of thought and it is now imperative for all to protect themselves from cyber predators. Technology of today is opening very exciting possibilities. But, the best use of it with a safeguard of oneself is the immediate requirement of today.

Our Cyber Law consultant has been scholar of N.L.I.U. Bhopal. He is recipient of Daksha Fellowship for Young Lawyers (2020). He has completed P.G.D in Cyber Law & Certification in Internet Crime Investigation. His experience of academia as faculty & working experience of courts as associate of designated Senior Advocate of Lucknow Bench of High Court is a blend of law in working. He has worked on a project of Armed Forces Tribunal on Human rights & the Indian Constitution. Ayush is founder of Cyber Safe Space India, a Research Foundation for cyber crime awareness and digital literacy to public at large
