ARBITRATION

Presently, our courts are overburdened of cases, due to which “Justice delayed is Justice denied” is taking it’s shape. In such a situation arbitration as a form of alternative dispute resolution is an effective means for getting early justice. In arbitration a neutral third party renders binding decision in the form of award. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is the important legislation which regulates domestic arbitration, international commercial arbitration and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards.
