The protection of natural ecosystem is must for the survival of every creature on earth. All creatures have their importance in it’s own way in the nature. Indian Forest Act, 1927 is the law to govern the conservation, protection & utilization of forest and addressing ancillary issues such as deforestation. The related enactments are Wild Life Protection Act 1972, Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of forest Rights) Act 2006, National Forest policy 1983, Forest Conservation Act 1980, Forest Conservation Rules 2023, Bio-Diversity Act 2002, U.P Establiment and Regulation of Saw- Mills Rules, 1978.
As an Indian Forest Service officer our consultant has a wide range of working experience in the execution of these laws. He has been Wild Life Warden of many sanctuaries, Tiger Reserves, Bird Sanctuaries along with charge of D.F.O and Conservator. Dr. Anirudh has been awarded by the state govt of U.P. for solving complicated wild life crime issues.
